Hello, my name is Emma.
I had those thoughts too...
… and many more besides, and then I took everything I had learned throughout my professional life in psychology based research, therapeutic peer coaching, complementary medicine, and personal experience, and I made one of the biggest life changing decisions I have ever made, second only to recovering from alcoholism!
I made a radical move back to Cornwall, the most beautiful county in the UK, that I had been dreaming of for 22 years, and everything shifted for me – and I mean everything! And now I am literally living the life I always dreamed and I am happy, genuinely happy, for the first time in my life.
And, if you are thinking ‘oh well things like that happen to other people but not to me’ – that is exactly what I thought and now, I am very happy to be able to share what I did and how I did it, with you!
